Hi, I'm Serkan.
Product builder. With ❤️ from Berlin, Germany.
I usually describe myself as a product person with engineering roots. I started my professional journey as a software engineer, grew into an engineering leadership role, and eventually moved into product management — where I get to bring both worlds together: technical judgment and product instinct.
Outside of my day job, I like building small things for fun. One of them is CV Butler, a tool that runs an ATS review on your résumé, scores it against a job description, and writes you a cover letter. I also write about product and engineering on Medium.

CV Butler
LiveAn ATS review for your résumé, a score against a specific job description — surfacing skill, experience, and education gaps — and a cover letter written for you, generic or tailored to the posting.
Started as a weekend project to scratch my own itch during a job search; the demo card on the right is a real piece of its UI.
Strong skills match. Missing Kubernetes experience.

Writing
Notes on product, engineering, and the space between.
I write on Medium when I have something worth saying — usually about the messy overlap between building things and deciding what's worth building.
